PO-03-018 PERFORMANCE AND ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC OUTCOMES OF LEFT POSTERIOR FASCICULAR CAPTURE DURING CONDUCTION SYSTEM PACING: A SINGLE CENTER EXPERIENCE

چکیده
Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has been shown to have acceptable acute procedural outcomes and stable lead trends over time. There are limited data regarding of implantation distally capture the left posterior fascicle (LPF). To evaluate safety feasibility achieving LBBAP through LPF. Patients referred for pacemaker between 2/1/19-7/31/22 were considered LBBAP. success was guided by conventional parameters. with ventricular activation time (LVAT) ≤ 85ms included analysis. Paced QRS morphology analyzed RBBB pattern in V1, as well axis deviation indicative LPF capture. Implant rates, complications, electrophysiologic echocardiographic parameters assessed patients without (LBBAP). 440 characteristics noted 159 (36.1%) patients. Baseline demographics, ECG, similar groups. QRSd group 117.43 ± 11.06 vs. 114.25 13.02 (p=0.01) group. Mean LVAT 71.23 8.32 71.85 8.31 (p>0.05) group, respectively. Pacing thresholds, impedance sensed R waves at follow-up period. pre-procedural post-procedural LVEF cohort 53.83 11.87 55.52 7.86 (p>0.05), compared 56.37 9.66 56.29 8.37 1 patient underwent revision. during is safe, feasible, a reliable alternative achieve physiologic pacing.

Early Clinical Outcomes and Mortality of Coronary Endarterectomy in the Left Anterior Descending Artery: A Single-Center Experience
Introduction: Although coronary endarterectomy is not an ideal procedure, it is the only available option for cardiac surgeons in some patients with diffuse coronary artery disease. Based on the majority of conducted studies, the results of coronary endarterectomy (including survival, graft patency, and recurrence of the symptoms of myocardial ischemia) are less prevalent than standard coronary...
متن کاملPosterior Urethral Valves; A single Center Experience
OBJECTIVE Posterior urethral valves (PUV) are the most common cause of bladder outlet obstruction in infancy that impair renal and bladder function. This study was planned to evaluate and record the various clinical presentations and management, complications, and surgical management and long-term outcome of PUV. METHODS In a retrospective study, 98 patients who have been treated for PUV are ...

Introduction: Heart valve disease in pediatricsis an increasing global concern, especially in developing countries. This study aims to determine the clinical outcomes of pulmonary valve replacement (PVR) surgery in pediatrics. Methods: The authors retrospectively identified all pediatrics undergoing PVR surgery at Imam Reza hospital (Mashhad, Iran) between 2000 and 2020. Their medical records...
